Multicall Key only ringing 1st Phone in Group Appearance

We have an MCD 7.0 SP1 PR2 Standalone System and any number set as a Multicall Key only rings the first extension in the list in Group Appearance Form.
I have checked the COS for the phone for Force Device Busy if Any Line in Use which is set to no.
I have deleted and recreated existing and also created a new extension.
Anyone ant ideas.

Is the main number associated with the multicall a phantom?. i.e. does the DN of the multicall only exist on keys or is there a set that is the DN of the group?
 
What type of licensing are you using?

Multi-Device or Full?

Keys are phantom - they only exist as Multicall Keys on the phones and licensing is full.

Ah, we had a similar problem (not the same though) when using a phantom with a multicall key. In our case it was that the first set in the group then all were busy (release 7 pr1) and we had to move the the first one in the group to the least used (in our case we used the chill room one that was never actually used at all or very very rarely) and then it was OK. It was only the first one that caused the problem.

Either try making another set the first in the group or bassigning the DN to a real set if you can.

Mitel are supposed to be haiving a fix out for phantom useses like this having odd results on the system.
