Multicall display name

Hi

I am trying to get a Multicall name (eg 61001 Sales) to display on the 53xx for the called party. Customer has 2 multicalls on each phone, Sales and Lettings and would like it say 'Sales' or 'Lettings' when the user receives a call and not display the calling party until answered.

I've added the m/c keys to the tel dir. I've played around with all sorts of COS display options, but no luck. I know this can be achieved by fronting the call with a name tag HG, but this is a resilient solution and can't make name HG resilient across the cluster. Plus I have 76 sites to replicate this config, so I'm trying not to over complicate the config.

I also need to have the multicall names passed through when a group call forward is placed on the multicall??

Any thoughts are welcome ...
