Multi User View in Calendar

Does anyone know if you can give proxy right only to the calendar and not to regular emails? We would use the calendar for appointment scheduling within one department but would not need users to have rights to other users emails. Thanks for you help!<br>

You can assign different proxy rights for each of the mail, appointments (calendar), notes and tasks. Those rights can be read and/or write. You didn't say which version, but in 5.5 it is under Tools-&gt;options-&gt;proxy access. In version 4.1 it is under File-&gt;Preferences-&gt;Security.
