Multi User Calendar on 6.5 SP2

We've got an account using GW 6.5 SP2 where a user is added to a multi user calendar but when they next log in to GW, the user doesn't appear in the calendar list. The name still appears in the proxy list but it weon't save in the calendar list. Any ideas? I can't find any matches to this on the Novell website.

Would appreciate any help you can give.
