Multi User and single log ons

We are looking at migrating from Groupwise to Exchange 2003. We have about 20 employees that share 10 workstation on a Novell Network. All the workstations use a generic login name and password.

Does anybody know how we can keep the generic login and still allow multiple users to access their mail on a single workstation and (here's the tricky part, at least for me) still ensure that other users cannot access / view another user's mail.

I believe the only way that this can be done is for the users not to use outlook but to use the outlook web access feature as they have to log onto the web page every time where as outlook uses windows integerated login
