Multi user acess problem to GM with remotedesktop

First user that logged into GM PE on the remote desktop connection could log in fine. Next ones cannot log in and get error code as below.

We log onto our system through a stand alone server running Windows server 2003 and a citrix connection.


We also experience that GM is beeing quite slow. When I try to rebuild database SQL server tells me this should not be done from GM but through SQL

I have tried with different users being the one that logs in first to verify that it isn't a user-specific problem.

Can somebody help pls? I have been stucked with this problem since last month...

Rebuilding GoldMine SQL wont make any difference to the speed.

Which version of PE are you on?
