multi tcp profiles on one box

Is it possible to setup multipule profiles- each with a diffrent ip in win 2k prof? I've got a laptop that has 1 user, but he want 3 diffrent ip settings and he doesn't want to be manually reconfiguring the network settings all the time for the location he is at. I've been playing around with creating hardware profiles, but if I change the ip in one profile, it is changed in the others too. Anyone got an idea?

Symantec has a product designed specifically for this type of application called Norton Mobile Essentials (if I remember correctly).

There might be other shareware/freeware offerings out there that accomplish much the same thing.
