Multi-tabbed Dashboard - Report in first tab shrinks

I have a multi-page Dashboard with 18 tabs. All of the reports within each tab are fine except for the first one. It is only using the top half of the page and provides unwanted scroll bars. The report can be viewed if you scroll down.

If I change the order of the tabs, whatever report is the first one, it shrinks to the half size. And this isn't always, but about 95 percent of the time.

Any ideas?

All,

My co-worker figured it out. I was using shortcuts of report views. Once we placed the report views in the Dashboard tabs, it stopped cutting off the first report.

I don't get it, but it worked.
