multi station ringing

Thank you anybody !
I have set three analog phone set at the same DN (eg. 1111) and cls is MCRA . When I dial 1111 all the phone ringing. when one of station pick the call , the other station of the same dn can join the call . How can i make only one station can answer call at same time.
