Multi Site install

I am having an issue with Multi site in that if you have 2 mailbox number that have the same last 4 digits you can't log into any of them.

Avaya is looking at this but all of the Doc's show that this feature will work but i am not so sure any longer. Anyone have any luck with this at any sites ?
