Multi-Select Listbox Data Retrieving

I have one multi-select list box. When a user selects values, I send that selection back to the database. How do I load the listbox with all possible selections and then highlight the one's the user already selected, which is stored in the database?

Populate the list as you did before.

Find which object are selected from your data source.

Loop through each item in the listbox and check to see if the item is in your selected list. If it is, set it as selected.
