I do not know if you can identify exactly what is running on what processor, but taskmanager will tell you alot. If you checkout your view settings, there are many useful things turned off in the "choose columns" section. Also, if you right-click any process and selecdt "affinity" you can lock a process down to a single or multiple cpu's.
