multi-processor with NetWare 5.1

Good morning,all

Does Pervasive.SQL take advantage of multi-processors in a NetWare 5.1 environment? If not, could you please explain why?

Pervasive doesn't take advantage of multiple processors in any version. It will run in that environment but will not take advantage of multiple processors. I've been told by Pervasive that they have looked into it and found that the performance gain would be minimal. You may get some performance gains but that's because the OS will send some processes to the other processors.
