Q.How could i stop multi processes for msnmsgr.exe ?

Q. Please let me know how can i make one *.exe file not to open multi processes ??

Problem Starts When:

I execute msnmsgr.exe .. when i click 10 times
msnmsgr.exe , It creats multi processes and then it stop to appear in the desktop
