Multi-page UserForm Navigation Stopped Working

Hello,
I created 3 multi-page user forms in vba for Word(UserForm1, UserForm2, UserForm3) When the user completes UserForm1, it closes and opens UserForm2....and so on. It has been working fine for a few years now with no problems (on both mac & pc) and suddenly, when UserForm2 opens, the navigation tabs at the top of the form are missing on the Mac; fine on the PC. There have been no changes in the Windows program on the Mac other than normal updates. Now the user can only fill out the first page on UserForm2 and cannot get any further.

Any thoughts on this?
