Hi Guys,

I am trying to setup Multi Node Management and have followed the help file instructions but it is not working, the box in the top right of the prog tool is still greyed out.

Here's a checklist of what I have done:

I have 2 MXe Servers and one MXe acting as a trunking gateway. They are all on MCD 4.0 SP1.
The 2 servers are in their own administrative group and the gateway is in a separate one. I have re-named the groups from their default setting.
SDS is setup and working. The user authorization profiles are the same on each 3300 and the login we use has admin(root) rights.
I have added the IP addresses of the 3300's to my Local Internet Zone section of Internet Explorer.
and
RDN Synchronization is not setup on any of the 3300's.

Mitel are currently trying to get one of our backups loaded on a test 3300 but wondered if anyone had an idea of what I can try?

Cheers, Stephen.

Fixed the issue.
Even though we had blank databases on all 3300's apart from Cluster/network element forms, ICP/Pbx trunking forms and SDS the MNM would not work. We believe it was to do with CEID's and programming them in manually. We blanked the databases and reinstalled MSL and only programmed the network/cluster info on one 3300 and let SDS contact the others assigning them their cluster info.
After that everything worked out ok.
