Hello,
I am hoping that someone can suggest the most efficient way to do what I am trying to achieve. We have an Option 11C and we use 3904 phones. I have very little training on the system but do know some of the loads and commands.
We have it set up where the main line at one of our small facilities (3477) rings on 3 different phones (I assume this is set up as an MCR) but they want it so that even if the front desk has picked up 3477 - her rollover lines will still ring if more calls come in on extension 3477. That is not happening. If the front desk picks up 3477 and another call comes in, it rings on the other 2 phones and does not rollover to her phone giving her the option to put one call on hold and pick up another.
In other words, they want the front desk to handle multiple calls coming in on the main line without a sidecar.
I am not sure if this requires a hunt or a rollover (I have never set up a hunt) and I am not sure how this will effect the other two sets?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you
Kathleen
