Hi All,

I am currently trying to modify a subreport on a main report. Because of the scenario, I think I need to create 2nd level of subreport into 1st level of subreport.

Here is my scenario:

Main Report
-----------
All Shipping information and orders list associated with it.

1st level of subreport
----------------------
I have 1st level of subreport at the Report footer section of Main report. This 1st subreport displays detailed order summary information for each order.

2nd level of subreport
----------------------
Now I am in need of adding information below each order line for different shipment information If an order line was shipped in other shipment.

One order line can go on mulitple shipment.

I thought of creating one more detail section b below and suppress conditionaly if an order line was also shipped in differnet shipment. And place the 2nd levele of subrepot on detail b section.

So I tried to create 2nd level subreport on 1st subreport. But looks like crystal doesn't support this. (Insert --> Subreport menu is disabled on subreport editor).

Is there a way I can overcome this situation.

I appreciate your time and effort on this.

Thank you

Dear rkgrp,

You are correct. A subreport cannot itself contain a subreport.

You will have to redesign your report.
