Multi-level costed bom report

My client is using GP MFG V80 - SP3.
I need to create a costed - multi-level BOM report.
Has anyone had expereince trying to create a stored procedure that extracts from the BM010115 and BM010415 tables? The way the data is stored, I would need to somehow loop through the table to 'explode' the bill of material.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
