We are are having intermittant Multi Level Auto Attendant Failures. Mxe3300 9.0.2.18 UR2. When failing, If you call a VM box that is a menu point, you get a canned message "that person is unavailable". We thought that when we updated to 2.18 from 9.0.0.41 that it would take care of this, but alass no.

cdpak,

could you explain more, I am running 9.0.2.18 UR2 with no problems seen using auto attendants.

The issues with the primary greeting seem to have been resolved with UR2. Yesterday both sub-menu node mailboxes went to default. Both were still progammed as menu nodes and the multi-level Auto Attendant was still programmed. I had use the default passcode to get in and of course the greetings were gone.

I've heard rumors of System Level greeting being lost during Online Upgrades. I've never had any issues myself, at any software rev.

We did upgrade to UR2 10 days ago. It is possible that these sub-menus have been missing for that long. Thanks
