Multi Language Web Site...

Dear All,

i am creating a website which need to support multiple language. for example like Facebook where user allow to choose what language they would prefer , as based user selection language the website should continue with that language.how to accomplish this using asp.net 2013?

is culture concept in asp.net will help?? would be great if you provide sample or example code..
