W e have 80 fax licence on callpilot rls 5 , the customer wants to use just one DID for all these Faxes , I know to do it by assign DID for each fax , any help how to assign just one DID for all these faxes and how to use it ???do i need to do something on Application Builder to hep on distribting the incoming faxes arriving the target mailbox ??

Are you saying that you want to use all 80 seats on one DID number, if so there no way. First blocks of DID numbers are dirt cheap compared to the Trunks.

yes this is what the customer wants , he just want to assign one did as a fax number for his company , So can we do it by dialing the fax DID then the Seat number ????

You could build a HUNT GROUP with DID being the PILOT number and then build your NON-DID PHANTOMS behind it

I may be wrong but I believe that once you have a fax buffering mailbox setup any calls going to that fax get answered even if presented at the same time. Also I believe the fax licenses refer to user licenses to use the faxing in/out capability. We have the same CP rls here several different people use the fax incoming to reduce paper waste. Now on the other hand if you want one number to dial then hit extra digits after call is connected to direct to different fax machines that is a different can of worms. I do not know if you could do that unless you build an application that requires a code to route call to a different Fax Ext . . . But should be do-able.
