Multi conferance

We have a customer that whant to make large conferances up to 15 people. I was thinking of using a TLU75 or TLU80 and loop them toghter, and then the make the operator the only one that kan transfer them into that conferance. Is there anyone that done this or can recomend any conferance equipment to use ??
