I have a 3-column report that is working perfectly except when I have more than 1 column. When there is more than 1 column, the report is printing a second page with just the header and report header information. I tried adjusting the different margins, but still 2 pages. Here are my settings:

Margins:
Top: 0.5
Bottom: 1
Left: 1
Right: 1

# of columns: 3
Row spacing: 0
Column spacing: 0.25

Column size: 3" width, 0" height

Can anyone see what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.

From the page setup you show, it looks to me as if your data is wider than the page.

3 columns with each being 3" wide = 9 inches, and that doesn't include 2 margins of 1" each. So even if you are printing in landscape mode, you are at the maximum.

Also, check to see that you have no drawn line that is running beyond the page borders.

Something is pushing data beyond your page width, and Access gets really picky about that.

I was also trying to interpret what you meant by "I have a 3 column report that is working perfectly except when I have more than 1 column." Does your 3 column report not usually have more than 1 column? Maybe I just didn't understand.

Hope that helps.
