Hi,
I have a two column report. I've tried to find the property to set column headings for the both columns.
Part no Description
1111111 Filter
2222222 Pump

I would like to have
Part no Description Part no Description
1111111 Filter 2222222 Pump

I can get the columns right but I get the heading only for first column.

Best regards

I would assume that you need to add two new labels to the report that have Part No and Description. That's the only way I know to get a second set of headings. Unless I'm missing something in what you actually need.

Well, not sure if you're still struggling with this, but I have found a nice little work-around that works great!!

Create a query on your table(s).

In the query, create a field like this. Count: 1

When you look at your query, you'll see the field in the results with a value of 1 for each record.

Go back to your report in design view.

Now, make sure under Page Setup, you have the colums selected the way you want them. Right click on any of the header bars, and select grouping and sorting.

In your Field/Expression field, select Count. Then, underneath, set Group Header to Yes.

Now, you'll see Count Header in your report. Drag your column headers to the count header and get rid of page header if you don't need it.

Right click on the Count Header and select properties. Select the Format tab. Change Repeat Section to Yes.

You're done!!! It should look just like you want it to.

Let me know if you have any problems...
