Here is my problem. We are a somewhat small inbound call center and have had the same client for nearly 15+ years. All of the ISDN/PRI Circuits for this company or with Verizon. No problem right? Okay, so here is where it starts to get fun. I have been tasked with setting another client to come on board and using our switch to sell their products as well, however this was over AT&T circuits. Again, not an easy challenge, however I was able to setup a "home made" sort of fix for this. I have setup the AAR table within the switch to allow the 2nd client the ability to dial outbound calls to Client #2 customers rather than using the same circuits that Client #1 uses. Again, I'm sure this was not the only way to do this nor the best, however I wasn't given much time to do this when I was presented the challenge. Next, I'm now being told they want a Client #3 to start taking inbound and outbound calls within the next 2 month. The circuits have been setup and test with Verizon as they requested that we order their circuits from VB. By the way, I'm only a part time contractor and they have an Avaya S8700 with CM version 2.2 loaded on it. Yes, I understand the CM is somewhat out of date and the company has already began to make arrangements to upgrade the hardware to the S8800 series along with CM 6.0 within the next 3-6 months if not sooner. Again, I have been trying to figure out a away to make this available and so far the only thing I can come up with is Tenant Partitioning or perhaps adding more locations within the switch, however that part might not be an option as we are looking to downsize the GX650 cabinets during the upgrade and convert over to GX450 units to save on space and costs. Does anyone have any ideas as to whether Tenant Partitioning would be the right choice in this situation or perhaps some other idea? Again, I have 3 clients that need to all go outbound on their individual trunks / circuits that they pay for so that calls don't get routed over another clients trunks. I can go into more detail if anyone needs more...

i think you hit the nail on the head when you said the two words 'Tenant Partitioning'.

Okay so do you know where I might be able to find some information on how it works and to set it up? I've googled for some info and it seems like it just explains that you can have multiple music on hold sources which is my least of concerns...
