I have created a database containing invoice information and payments. I require to create a multi-coice pick from form to create a payment report. I have already creted a multiple choice query for the report that allows multiple payment request to be put on the same report. I wnat a multiple choice form because of operator ease of use.

Multi-Choice Report

If you already have the multiple choice query can't you set the query to be the RecordSource of the report thereby giving you your multiple choice report? If that's not the case can you please provide some more explicit examples of what you're trying to accomplish.
