I have a few instances where I have several shared mailboxes defined in Outlook 2007 from my Exchange server. I thought I remember a way to specify a mail from: field when sending out a message from that mail profile. So for example, if I have a person that fields the mailboxes of payroll, personel, activities, I want that user to be able to send mail to someone and be able to define who she's sending mail as (either payroll, personel, or activities).

Any idea?

Nevermind...duh. Found the "Show From" icon.
