Mulit-Fact Tables in Impromtu

I'm a bit new to Impromptu (I'm a Co-op) and I'm trying to figure out how to use 2 or more fact tables to generate one report. I was thinking of using Subreports but I'm very unfirmilar with these.

Any suggestions as to how to use more than 1 fact table to generate a report? I realize creating a new table/view would work but that is a last resort.
