working on a job with MAS, UCC v2 licesnes, and MXe III version 6. Im trying to get my twinning to work.

I have my test phone set up that was built in the MAS with standard ucc license.
I have a multi device phone set at ext 1012
I have a multi device hot desk set at 1*012 with ehdu enabled and my dialing prefix and my cell phone number in it

I created my 1012 MDRG with 1012 and 1*012 as the members. its a standard group and not an external twin group. when I try to make an external twin group, I get a license error. I looked at another job that a different tech worked on and they were external twin groups.

everything on the phone functions fine but the twinning. what am I missing?

Does the EDHU work when called directly, I assume no

Is it logged in? View the status via Maintenance command - Locate feature Ext 1*012

You do not need any other groups, the MDUG will function on its own.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

pretty sure UCC Standard MUST be MDU twinning group
We use single point provisioning on MAS to create the groups automatically and they work ok

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
