Muklticall and DSS/BLF 1

I have a 3300ICP with 5212's and one 5224 with a PKM.
My phones are programmed with Multicall appearances....if I am on the phone, my BLF doesn't light up on the PKM. Is there any way to have Multicall appearances and light the BLF? I am running version 7.1.5.13.

Yes, there is a way to do it. I believe the option is in the System Options Assignment form. The option is called something like "BLF of multicall appearance based on set busy".

Watch out though. I enabled this option once on a system and it worked fine until I did an upgrade. After the upgrade, it did not work but the option was still enabled. I disabled the option and then re-enabled the option and all was good.
