Mui Open dialogue window

I have a flash button which when clicks brings an Open file dialogue MUI window up. This works no problems. If you click on a filename in this window the file will not open - if you right click and say open it will. Does the Mui OpenFile dialogue window only show file names? - but not allow you to oepn them?

MUI fileOpen() returns the path to the file. Then you can open the file using that information.
