We have IIS 4.0 and MTS 2.0 running on NT SP6. The component for our only application running on the server has the identity set to 'interactive user' meaning the person logged into the server. The server is always logged in with that account, which has rights to log on as a service. The application invokes the mtx.exe process and it starts our fine, but then the amount of memory the process uses grows exponentially and has to be killed. We tried increasing the paging file and adding another paging file to a different volume but no luck. Also tried reboots and re-invoking the application.

I appreciate any insight or ideas!

Steve,

> The component

That is probably your problem. Without more information about the component it will be difficult to help.
