mtx.exe cosumes 100% of CPU

Hi, I'm having trouble with a component that calls a remote one. Below any circunstances, the MTX.exe process starts consuming up to 98% of CPU. I'm sure my component doesn't have a loop without end.
Please if you have had this problem, let me know how to solve it.
My server runs under WinNT 4.0 with SP6a

How are you instantiating your objects?
1) New
2) CreateObject
3) CreateInstance

I'm using 'CreateObject', but when it finishes I kill the object using Set obj=nothing.
What do you think it could be happening?....
