MTS type library reference missing?

I am using vb to create an asp com dll but I don't have the Microsoft Transaction Type Library in my references list? How do I get it? I am using VB6 on WIN2k.

I'm not sure about Win2K but with WinNT, MTS is available on the Option Pack 4.0
