MTS Queues

I am having issues with a service in Exchange 2003 which is a fax service which keeps stopping all the time, I have to keep restarting it even though it has restart at nexx failure.

I was told that the issue could be to do with MTS Queues in Exchange, it does seem to be that there is a job stuck in there but removing and deleting is proving a difficult task.

Does anyone know how to remove the faulty mail that could be causing this - I have tried downloading some tools but its proving difficult - anyone know how to resolve this quickly and easily ?
