Exchange 2003.
Captaris Rightfax.

We have exchange 2003 with a Rightfax connector, currently the rightfax service keeps stopping and have found that there is a stuck message in the MTS IN Queue that is causing this.
The user acccount is no longer in AD which might be an issue, so I have recreated the user to see if it can be delivered. ( waiting for replication)

When you hit "Find Now" in MTS queue you can see the message but when you right click on this message all the fields are greyed out.
Freeze
Unfreeze
Delete (NDR)
Delete (NO NDR)

Is there anyway I can get these fields to be not greyed out so that I can delete the message ? Or is there a way to deliver this message to somewhere ?

I have stopped the MTS services in exchange, re- booted the exchange server to no avail.

Any ideas would be great.
