MTS causing exception error...

Hi!
I am trying to troubleshoot a client's web server. In the Event Viewer the error message talks about an exception error but I can not identify the object that is causing the access violation. Even with symbols installed I do not get a stack dump at the bottom of the event viewer entry like the MS KB article says. Who knows, maybe I did not install the symbols properly, but here is another thing....when I removed Unicenter TNG Framework and ARCServe, the problem disappeared.
Can anyone enlighten me???
