MTE login

We've taken over an account that already had MTE installed, and now the customer wants to make changes to the agents. When I use the default login 9999, and password 9999, and then choose 13 (this is Rls 9) to be an administrator, it ask me for a password, which I don't know. Is there a default PW, or how do I change it? I can log in to the MerMax main console.

Hi there,
Here is the path to get to see that password you need.

You have the maint password? I think you do...

After login in as maint, choose "Configure Meridian MAX System" then choose "MAX Hardware Configuration" then choose "2.System Parameters (View Only)" and you get to see that admin password in that page.
