Hello All,

A very frustrating glitch, that I've been fiddling with all week and still am at a stand-still for fixing, is getting in the way of continuing work on an organization chart. It is:
Any time I try to "Change Picture" from the dropdown box of one of the pictures, the new picture shifts downwards just a little bit. I cannot get replaced pictures to stay where the last picture was!

I've attached one of the chart documents and one of the photos that I'll need to switch out. Take a look at the document, if you could, and try replacing one of pictures at the top of the page with the attached picture. Expect the picture to resize a bit, but that's easily fixed. What's NOT is that the actual placeholder has moved! Look at the bottom of the picture: It's a couple pixels lower than the others.

How do I move it back up to be in sync with the other photos? Or better yet, how do I keep it from moving at all?? I'm at the end of my wits.

Btw, I'm on Word 2008 for Mac.

It looks to me like the pictures are not the same shape so the one you are inserting is shorter than the others... maintaing the aspect ratio. You can untick Lock Aspect Ratio and then change the height and width, but it will stretch it a bit.
