This just started happening yesterday. It was working fine before.
When you are in Word, go to Tools and click Envelopes and Labels. Then click on the address book. Then select the Outlook Address Book - Contacts. Select a contact and the address shows up in the labels section. Get out of Word and get back into word, you can click on the arrow button pointing down by the address book icon and it will show that name for quick click so you don't have to go through that again. When you click on the name, the check names box pops up and says:
Microsoft Exchange does not recognize "the name you were using"
Would you like to:
-create a new entry for "the name you were using"
-change to
{No Suggestions}
Does anyone know how to fix this or why it's doing that?
Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
