MSWord: Blank tab pages in the Options/Tools dialog

Here's how to fix that AND PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY:
Close Word.
Start-Run and type regedit and hit enter.
Browse to this folder:
hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\office\8.0\word
Left-, then right-click the Word folder and rename it to OldWord, hit enter, and exit the registry editor.
Launch Word.
