MSVCRT20.dll

I am having problems with a Wise Installation that I am trying to compile using InstallBuilder 8.0 and a VB 6.0 application.

When I install the program, it gets to a certain point and says:

"The file 'C:\WINDOWS\System32\Msvcrt20.dll' could not be opened. Please check that your disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory. Access is denied."

Please note that both PDW installer and Visual Studio Installer successfully install, without having a problem with Msvcrt20.dll.

What could be going on here???

The Msvcrt20.dll file is in use and cant be accessed.
