msvcirt.dll problem 1

After login to Netware 4.1 network on a Windows 95 workstation, running Novell Client 3.3, the following error message comes up -

Error Starting Program

The MSVCIRT.DLL file is
linked to missing export MSVCRT.DLL:??_U@YAPAXI@Z.

Any ideas on what the problem is ?
