msvcirt.dll in use by another application

I finally got my RDE to work but now when I try to install the executible on an end users machine I get the following error during setup:

msvcirt.dll in use by another application
Abort, Retry, Ignore

Can anyone tell me what the issue is with this and how I can resolve it?

I am able to run the setup on my computer and the reports generate fine. They are on the same OS WinNT 4.0 so I don't understand.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's a utility on the CD called 'modules' it's in a zip file. This tells you which applications are using which dlls. Run this, then just stop the app using msvcirt.dll.
It's probably a service that needs stopping. Andrew Baines
