MST Trace info? 1

I ran an MST trace to try and find a trunk that is giving incoming callers dead air. I think i have it narrowed down but the port number is not in a format that relates to a card, slot, sig group, nothing. does anyone know how to convert the d-channel port number to card, sig group, etc?

angel addresses are in Hexidecimal and are unique to cabinet and mg types.
upper bytes are the cabinet, lowest bytes are the port, middle bytes are the slot.
