msstyles for visually impaired

Hi I am looking for a way to create an enviroment for a visually impaired user on the network who may at any time visit any machine. I have created a new OU in active directory and adjusted his desktop to Yellow and using adm for word etc have adjusted his font etc. However it would be great if I could create a msstyle (or if there is one) for the visually impaired. On an xp laptop you can create a theme which "skins" the whole environment, allowing large icons, black pointer , yellow background to all applications however I cannot think of a way to get this onto the network.
