When running MSO programs e.g. MSO080 and MSO020 we are persistently getting error "MSSSKL Record not found". Bouncing ETP/Tuxedo and deleteling MSF099 clears problem but problem reappears after several hours.
I think this may be a clear bug; depending on the severity of the problems caused (eg is it aborting the MIMS session?) you may wish to raise it with Mincom.
We were getting a similar problem in 4.1 on screen MSM083A "Maintain report requests": when refreshing the screen and some job previously displayed by the screen had terminated execution, the MIMS session would crash - however this would only happen occasionally, we could not reproduce it at will. And I don't recall getting this on other screens.
As MSSSKL is resposible for screen scrolling and storing/retrival of work records(MSF099), what your error appears to indicate is that there is bug when screen lines or work area records had been deleted by another process.
