MSSQLSERVER SERVICE TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY

Hi All,

I am getting this message in the server event log once a day ,

THE MSSQLSERVER SERVICE TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY. IT HAS DONE THIS 1 TIME(S). THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIVE ACTION WILL BE TAKEN IN 0 MILLISECONDS: NO ACTION.

Since this a testing environment this is not a big issue, but I would not like to get this message on the production server.
What are the precautions to be taken and also what are the reason for this event and what is the solution.

Environment : SQL Server 2000 with SP2 on Windows NT SP6 on DELL Machine
