Sbj: Mssql Server 7 DB Query into table instances , MSWord Mail Merge?
Hello:
In Microsoft office, I’ve used methods to do mail merge incorporating fields in the Word document template that come in via Excel spread sheet, one row per document recipient instance. Both Word and Excel have facilities to include a query from a data source such as MSSql Server 7. I now want to combine these ideas so that in the sequential outputs from the merge document template, there is added a Table which comes from a db query where the input where-clause parameters enter from the respective instances of merge fields in the ms word document template.
How can this be set up?
